Adolf Hitler’s autobiography and political manifest, ‘Mein Kampf’ (My Struggle in English), first American edition, published in 1939 by Reynal & Hitchcock in New York, coming with its original dust jacket and in overall excellent condition. The profits of this first American edition went to refugee children. The book was sponsored by a committe of famous individuals, such as Albert Einstein, Thomas Mann, Theodore Roosevelt, Jr. A hard-to-find book, published at the start of World War II and intended to be distributed to the public so they could understand the American enemy. With a full-page map of Europe with Nazi Germany highlighted.
