SS-STURMBANNFüHRER ARTHUR LIEBEHENSCHEL
SS-Sturmbannführer Arthur Liebehenschel was commandant of Auschwitz concentration camp from November 1943 and from May 1944 on commandant of Majdanek concentration camp. He signed the document in his function as office head in the staff of the leader of the SS-Totenkopfverbände and concentration camps, Theodor Eicke. After the war the United States extradited him to Poland and in the Krakow Trials he was sentenced to death and executed.
