Erna Lendvai-Dircksen was a well-known photographer in Third Reich Germany who mainly focused on portraits of Germanic, Nordic ‘Aryan’ faces. She traveled throughout the entire German Reich, as well as to Nordic countries such as Norway and published her photographs in 7-1/2 x 10-1/4 inch, approx. 100-page, hardcover books like the one that is offered here. This book contains 70 photographs of Nordic people from Flandern. The book was published in 1942 by Gauverlag Bayreuth and is in nice condition.
