Offered for sale is this 7-1/4 x 9-3/4  inch, 96-page hardcover book by Franz Winninger was published in 1935 Verlag Karl Siegismund in Berlin. The cover shows some wear, but the binding is tight and there is no damage to any of the pages. The Treaty of Versailles regulated that Germany was only allowed to have an army of 100,000 men, no air force and only a tiny navy and that was the Reichswehr. Hitler cared less about the Treaty of Versailles and started a rebuilt of the German armed forces which then became the Wehrmacht, the same year this book was published.
