This heavy 8-1/2 x 12 inch, 520-page hardcover book in very good condition was written by Gert Buchheit and published in 1933 by Verlag Christian Belser in Stuttgart. The heavily illustrated book (it contains 257 photos and illustrations plus 20 full page tables and several maps) lists a lot of famous Germans who, in the eyes of the National Socialists, contributed to the hail of Germany. Among them are well known names like Hindenburg, Ludendorff, Moltke, Bismarck, Heinrich von Kleist, Scharnhorst, Gneisenau (many of these names were later used for Nazi battle ships), von Papen, Goebbels and of course Adolf Hitler. A very nice addition for anyone’s collection of historical Third Reich material!
