Offered for sale is the first half of the year 1935 of the official NSDAP newspaper Illustrierter Beobachter, bound into one big book. The publisher was the NSDAP owned Franz Eher Nachf. Publishing House. The ‘Illustrierter Beobachter’ (or IB) was the weekly heavily illustrated version of the NSDAP propaganda newspaper ‘Völkischer Beobachter’ (or VB). The size of the book is 280 x 370mm or 11 x 14-1/2 inch. The condition is nice and the amount of information and pictures is amazing. Bound into one volume are issues #1/1935 to #26/1936, the first half of the year 1935. There are plenty of Adolf Hitler photos and articles as well as photo reports from various Nazi organizations and about everything else was going on in the world in the first half of the year 1935. SA, the return of the Saar region to Germany, the death of Hans Schemm, Obersalzberg and much more, plus a lot of excellent Third Reich advertising. Also featured is Adolf Hitler’s new fleet of the famous Mercedes vehicles and reports from the Big Automobile Exhibition in Berlin. A rare find in excellent condition.
