item # B - 79

A Swiss gentleman Walter Burri must have written to the SA Leadership and asking for a signed picture of SA Stabschef Ernst Röhm in 1933. In fact, he must have enclosed the picture with his request letter and already typed the location (Munich) and the month (October) and the year (1933) but left the day blank. When Röhm signed it, he also wrote the day in the blank spot. His adjudant, Sturmbannführer Prosch sent it back to Mr. Burri and enclosed a letter, using Röhm’s stationary. Actually you are getting to signatures for one price: one from the Stabschef and one from his adjudant.
