The dimensions of this nice nickel plated eagle flag pole top are: top of head to base 8 inches, wing to wing 8 inches. The thread has rotted away, probably together with the pole top. Other than this missing part (which can be replaced easily by any metal worker with moderate skills) a very nice original artifact.
