ONE OF THE KEY EVENTS IN NATIONAL SOCIALIST HISTORY AFTER WHICH HITLER WAS IMPRISONED IN LANDSBERG AND THE N.S.D.AP. TEMPORARILY DECLARED ILLEGAL

This very interesting 6-3/4 x 9-1/2 inch, 56-pages soft cover booklet was pub-lished 1933 by order of the Gauleiter of Munich Adolf Wagner. It contains a lot of information about the first days of the Nazi Party, the failed attempt of Hitler to take over the power on November 9, 1923 which was stopped at the Feldherrnhalle, Hitler's trial in 1924 and the following imprisonment in Fes-tung Landsberg (where he wrote Mein Kampf), photos of the first NSDAP offices (see below), the schedule for the festive procession on the 10th anniversary with SS, SA and veterans plus a lot of NS advertisings for uniforms, SA cigarettes, etc.!

Adolf Hitler during the trial (Nov 27 to Dec 1, 1924) after the failed revolte at the Feldherrnhalle in Munich.

The fourteen men that were killed on the side of the NSDAP during the failed putsch. The second picture from the left, top row shows Andreas Bauriedl. The legend says that when he was shot and killed mainly his blood stained the Nazi flag that SA man Heinrich Trambauer carried on the march to the Feld-herrnhalle. This flag then became the well known "Blutfahne" (Blood Flag) which was carried by SS-Standartenführer Jakob Grimminger. Hitler used it to consecrate new party colors by touching them with one hand while holding the Blutfahne with the other.

above: the first rubber stamp of the NSDAP

below: very interesting full page advertising of the RZM for SA and Hitler Youth uniform items - the costs for a brownshirt i.e. were RM 3.90 (including tie!) in 1933. The SS men had to order their uniform items through their superior administrative department. The SA belt and buckle was sold for only RM 2.00!
