RARE ORIGINAL 1933 THIRD REICH BOOK

HORST WESSEL

AN INTERESTING BOOK ON ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT NAZI MARTYRS

This scarce 6-1/4 x 8-1/2 inch, 112-page hardcover book by Fritz Daum was published in 1933 by Ensslin & Laiblins Verlagsbuchhandlung in Reutlingen. The book tells the story of SA-Sturmführer Horst Wessel, leader of SA-Sturm 5 in Berlin who supposedly was killed fighting the Communists and who became one of Nazi Germany’s greatest martyr. He also was the composer of the Nazi song ‘Die Fahne Hoch’ which became the unofficial second national anthem of Hitler-Germany. The book is in very good condition and the full color cover alone is worth the asking price.
